Raised Flooring
Raised floor is an elevated cement floor panel, or chipboard floor panels with an HPL finish, that can be used as access flooring in all server and control rooms with power and data cables. Besides the advantage of covering it with many colorful carpets or vinyl finishes, it is a long-lasting flooring type that allows for maintenance and replacement of the tiles themselves without damaging any other elements. The load capacity of this floor has a minimum of 800 kg per square meter, up to a concentrated or uniform load of 1200 kg per square meter. Calcium sulphate panels are also a good choice for raised floor panel types.
Expansion Joint Cover
Any kind of expansion joint needs to be covered by an aluminum cover or aluminum system, and stainless steel can also be used. The expansion joint cover protects the joint itself and makes its movement capability more flexible and intact. Floor, wall, ceiling, and roof covers can all be made from the same material and with the same finish, while parking area covers will be completely different. Our expansion joint covers can be provided with fireproof, fire barrier, and firestop materials, along with water barriers and waterproofing, which enhance the performance of the joint. Additionally, the joint can be maintained every three years by replacing or servicing the expansion joint cover.
Fire Resistant Steel Doors

Construction: Fire-resistant doors are typically constructed using steel, gypsum, or a combination of materials that can endure extreme heat. Certification: Fire-resistant doors undergo rigorous testing to meet industry standards and are certified by accredited laboratories. Common certifications include INTERTEK-UL and British Standards (BSI). Installation: Proper installation is critical for fire-resistant doors to perform effectively.
Demountable & Removable Partitions
Our Demountable & Removable high end finished pattern Partitions are often used in hotels because the hotel banquet halls up to 4.5 MTR height, hotel conference rooms and restaurants in the hotel lobby are flexible and easy to operate in order to create multiple independent small spaces. The hotel conference room needs to meet the needs of enterprises from all walks of life. The number of people in the conference room is as small as to maximum number is hundreds. The emergence of ultra-high folding acoustic wall partition solves this problem, so that we can use the space of the conference room more efficiently. Kayan Gulf Co. provide the installation services and positioning of movements through out the complete space, along with technical submittals, drawings, and samples.
Rubber Wall Guard Protection System
Each parking lot or car storage area needs to be fully protected using rubber protection products and systems—such as wall and corner guards—which also help protect the vehicles themselves. In addition to rubber wall and corner protection, we provide rubber speed humps, rubber speed bumps, and wheel stoppers for vehicle positioning. Our rubber protection system is made from heavy-duty rubber with UV-resistant properties and can be marked with fluorescent yellow stripes for column corners and horizontal wall protection. All rubber protection products can be supplied in custom-cut lengths to suit site-specific conditions.
Aluminum Entrance and Floor Mats
Durable aluminum mats with a choice of inserts: carpet, vinyl, rubber, or serrated aluminum. Ideal for commercial entryways, these mats feature interlocking slats or profiles that trap dirt and moisture below the surface, keeping floors clean and safe. Built to handle heavy foot traffic, they resist corrosion, rust, and fading. Easy to clean and designed for long-lasting performance in high-traffic areas.
